Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

WhiteTubs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, we have adopted the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that material available on whitetubs.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that includes the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (please include the specific URL);

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note: We may share the information provided in your notice with the party responsible for the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following:

Your physical or electronic signature;

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed;

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or any applicable U.S. district if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate,
in appropriate circumstances, users or parties who are determined to be repeat infringers.
