Services

WhiteTubs provides bathtub refinishing, tub-to-tile caulking, and related bathroom surface services. All services are performed based on the existing condition of the bathtub, surrounding surfaces, and environment.

We do not guarantee results on surfaces with pre-existing damage, structural issues, excessive moisture, movement, improper installation, or prior repair attempts.

Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and uninterrupted access to the work area, including access to water, electricity, and adequate ventilation.

WhiteTubs is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or interference during the service.

Preparation and Existing Conditions

The client acknowledges that refinishing and caulking are surface restoration services. Pre-existing issues such as rust, chips, cracks, stains, tile movement, or hidden water damage may affect final results.

We are not responsible for underlying conditions that are not visible or disclosed prior to service.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

We accept all major forms of payment, including but not limited to:

Cash
Credit and debit cards
Electronic payments (such as Zelle or similar services)

By scheduling and allowing the service to be performed, the client agrees to submit full payment immediately after completion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible.

Same-day cancellations, refusal of access, or failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a service or trip fee.

Drying, Curing, and Use

Drying and curing times provided are estimates and may vary depending on temperature, humidity, ventilation, and site conditions.

The client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided. WhiteTubs is not responsible for damage caused by early use, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care guidelines.

Photos and Marketing

WhiteTubs may take before-and-after photos of the work performed. These images may be used for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteTubs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
